Because each item is individually crafted and personalised, please allow approximately 5–6 weeks for your order to be delivered.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our control.

We understand that a production and shipping timeframe of 5-6 weeks may feel longer than many online stores. Unlike mass-produced products, every item we create is handmade and personalised specifically for you.

We believe that creating something unique and made with care takes time, and we never rush the process at the expense of quality. Each order is individually crafted, finished, and checked before being dispatched.

We truly appreciate your patience and support of our small business. Your order is not sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped - it's being made especially for you, and we are committed to ensuring it is worth the wait. 

 

Shipping Rates

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee on all orders:

Standard Shipping: £3.50 per order

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

 

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

 

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 

 

Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including postal disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volumes.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as every item is handmade to order.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs or information so that we can investigate and assist.
