Refund policy

Overview

All products sold through our website are handmade, made to order, and personalised to each customer's specifications. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items where a customer changes their mind, orders incorrectly, or no longer requires the item once production has begun. 

This policy complies with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.


Personalised and custom designs

Our products are created specifically to your requirements and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period that applies to many online purchases.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. 

Please ensure that all personalisation details, spellings, measurements, colours, and other specifications are checked carefully before placing your order.

Damages and issues

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged in transit;
  • Not as described; or
  • Not made according to the specifications you provided,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

To help us assess the issue, we may request:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the problem; and
  • Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or error.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item;
  • Replace the item; or
  • Provide a full or partial refund. 


Incorrect Information Supplied by the Customer

We cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Misspellings;
  • Incorrect dates;
  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Incorrect colour or sizing selections; or
  • Other inaccurate personalisation details submitted at the time of ordering.

Orders produced according to the information supplied will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you would like to change any design elements on your order after payment, please contact bellaandbeeds@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production of your order has not begun. 


Order Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has commenced.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
